SaplingEPC is a free EPC check and home energy ecosystem for England and Wales, built and operated by Intrinsicomms Digital Ltd.
Our Vision
A single, joined-up energy ecosystem where a household can see its official EPC record, understand which improvements pay back first, and move into delivery with people who are actually accredited to do the work.
Funding stays in your hands. When you take your report away, you choose your own lender, credit provider or scheme. We do not push you down a bank's funnel, we take no commission from lenders, and nothing in your plan is conditional on borrowing from anyone in particular.
Sharing works the same way. Your details reach a surveyor, installer or one-stop-shop partner only when you ask us to pass them on.
